She is a 34 small A-cup and requested to go to a full C-cup. She elected to have an inframammary (beneath the breast), subpectoral (beneath the muscle) saline implants. Moderate profile 360cc implants were used due to her thinness. She rated her pain level at 1 1/2 out of 10 on the first post-operative day. Her photos were taken pre-operatively and 5 weeks post-operatively.
