She tried numerous methods to lose her abdominal weight, with only very minimal results. She has very significant central adiposity. A resection of her panniculus with upper liposuction & abdominoplasty was performed. Because the patient had an extremely large panniculus, she will require further surgical intervention to complete her aesthetic goals. After the procdure, the patient stated "I am ecstatic with my results!"
